What the form collects

Your name, contact details, preferred contact method, selected service and the brief message you choose to provide are emailed to BITM’s designated help mailbox.

Why we ask

BITM uses this information to review your request, contact you and discuss services or referrals. This form does not sign you up for marketing messages. Submissions are delivered to an authorized BITM mailbox.

Keep your first message brief

Please do not submit medical records, Social Security numbers, bank details or other documents through this initial request form. A team member can discuss what is needed later.

For questions about a request, or to ask for a correction or deletion, call 410-384-8200 or email support@blessedintechministries.org. Include your reference number if available.

Email delivery

The WordPress form sends your submission to BITM’s designated help mailbox. WordPress, your website host and its email service may process the submission to complete delivery.

External services

PayPal handles online payments on its own website. This site does not collect card details or confirm payment completion. Map, social media and video links lead to external services with their own privacy practices.
