About Blessed in Tech Ministries
Our story began with one family asking what they could do with the skills, faith and compassion already in their hands.
Serving together in AnnapolisOur humble beginnings
Willie and Delores Bullock experienced unemployment while relatives who had lost their parents were also living with their family and facing unemployment and homelessness. One relative was living with autism and needed support developing social skills.
That season reminded the Bullocks that their technology knowledge, counseling experience and gift for empowerment could become a foundation for other people's fresh starts. Their first clients were their three sons and two relatives. As those early efforts produced progress, other people began asking for help.
What started around the family table grew into a family-oriented organization committed to counseling, transforming mindsets, building practical skills and changing lives—one neighbor at a time.

Our history
Bullock Technologies—later known as Blessed in Tech—began providing computer technical support and training services.
The work expanded beyond technology to employment rehabilitation and seminars designed to strengthen confidence, skills and opportunity.
The ministry was formed to oversee the growing work and respond to needs affecting individuals and families in the community.
Blessed in Tech Ministries incorporated and pursued federal nonprofit status so it could develop programs, partnerships and services on a broader scale.
BITM now connects housing support, food access, workforce development, mentorship, warming relief and second-chance services across Annapolis and Anne Arundel County.
