SECOND CHANCES AFTER REHABILITATION (SCAR) FOUNDATION
Our services include, but are not limited to: drug, alcohol, homeless and incarceration rehabilitation services. Forging relationships with local law enforcement, the courts, state as well as local governments; we will assist or help rehabilitate our clients through counseling, assistance with expungements, motions to dismiss as well as pardons after successful completion of good behavior in accordance with their probation based judgment (PBJ) as well as our program.
In addition to partnering with area businesses, we will equip our clients with the skills necessary to enter or re-enter society with a positive attitude and competent skills to perform their jobs with confidence and integrity.We are currently seeking non-profit status with the IRS and would appreciate any donation to help continue our services without fee to our clients.
However, under Blessed in Tech Ministries, Inc., we will accept lightly used and new suits, shoes, training material, computers, laptops, printers, cars, vans, and any monetary donation. Please Note: All donations are tax deductible.

Meeting Your Needs Right Where You Are!
The SCAR Foundation mission is to assist as well as empower individuals who have been in the legal system; high-school drop-outs; unemployed; homeless; all desiring a need to begin again; to have a second chance after rehabilitation through our program. The SCAR Foundation will empower not only first-time offenders, teen mothers and fathers, single mothers and fathers, as well as seniors, who wish to acquire new skills to improve their quality of life as well as connect to resources that are available to them. Our projected goal is to open the Blessed in Tech Ministries Academy of Empowerment and several SCAR Houses to provide transitional housing for all walks of life!!

SECOND CHANCES AFTER REHABILITATION (SCAR) FOUNDATION
Blessed in Tech Ministries’ Defeat the Streets program focus on changing the lives of the homeless population through workforce development, emergency shelter/transitional housing as well as permanent housing assistance and much more! By contributing to our SCAR Houses Building Fund, you will help provide emergency shelter/transitional housing for homeless individuals and families who are in need of emergency shelter and/or transitional housing. Our SCAR Houses are designed to be a Place of Empowerment where the residents will receive extensive counseling and training on money management, budgeting and first-time homebuyer’s education. Our Houses that will increase confidence and encourage positive goals for improved employment opportunities to achieve a higher income thereby allowing the opportunity to own a home and live affordably in the future.
Help Homeless Defeat the Streets
Mission: To provide transitional housing for homeless individuals and families who are employed and in need of emergency shelter. Our SCAR Houses are designed to be a place of empowerment where the residents will receive extensive counseling and training on money management, budgeting and first-time homebuyer’s education. We will be unique in that the individuals will live in a moderate to high income environment, preferably single family homes, that we increase confidence and encourage positive goals for improved employment opportunities to achieve a higher income thereby allowing the opportunity to own a home and live affordably.
Goal: To provide clients with transitional housing while connecting them with the appropriate agencies to facilitate permanent housing opportunities.
This initiative was established to aid the “Defeat the Streets” program which is a part of the Blessed in Tech Ministries, Inc., a non-profit 501(c)3 public charity as identified by the Internal Revenue Service, therefore, all donations are tax-deductible.

Our Mission
Our mission is to restore empowerment and integrity back to our clients’ lives with knowledge and newly acquired skills for success as the foundation for a second chance after rehabilitation!!!
It is our goal to aid all those that need a change in their lives by focusing on all aspects of their life; natural, spiritual (if requested) and mental not to mention financial.
Who We Are
Our services include, but are not limited to, drug, alcohol, homeless and incarceration rehabilitation services. Forging relationships with local law enforcement, the courts, state as well as local governments; we will assist or help rehabilitate our clients through counseling, assistance with expungements, motions to dismiss as well as pardons after successful completion of good behavior in accordance with their probation based judgment (PBJ) as well as our program.
Depending on initial evaluation, our clients may be in our program from three to twelve months. Our services will include coordination with social services, mental and physical rehabilitation services in addition to spiritual awakening if requested and/or guidance. We plan to begin working with the youth with expansion to all ages. There will be group and individual counseling sessions available, workshops on workforce re-entry, independence training and financial planning.
In Partnership with Blessed in Tech, we will provide our clients with on-the-job training through our Apprenticeship Program to acquire marketable skills necessary in today’s challenging workforce.
Bullock Enterprise Solutions will prepare our unemployed clients with the basic skills necessary to acquire, maintain and keep gainful employment. Services will include but are not limited to, resume building, interviewing skills, job search, as well as budgeting and financial planning. We find that exploring avenues to make our finance stretch has been a struggle for many; however, there are unknown resources available to us. We will broaden our client’s knowledge of the resources and benefits that are accessible.
